All of our brass goes though several procedures and tests to ensure the quality of the product we produce. Each product listing will have detailed information about the steps it takes to recondition that specific brass for that specific application. All of our brass is processed on automated Dillon 1050 reloading press to ensure repeatable consistent quality product. Our brass is triple washed, pre-cleaned to keep our presses clean and operating at maximum efficiency, second time to remove case lube and burrs from trimming if applicable, then the final run in the stainless steel media for a brilliant shine.
During process of resizing and trimming randomly we check our cases with several different tools periodically;
-Head space gauge to ensure correct sizing and feeding in all firearms.
-Chamber checker to ensure ultimate feeding and reliability
-Primer pocket go/no go gauge
-Neck tension guage
Cases are inspected several times by hand to cull out cases that are not up to our quality standards.
All our brass is head stamp sorted.
Cases are then counted and packaged in a durable cardboard box.
All orders are shipped Via Canada Post with tracking and insurance.
